Have you also considered a Woodland Wedding Ceremony? Yes, we offer the chance to legally marry in the Woods here at Upthorpe, based on the Suffolk/Norfolk border.
Our ceremony packages allows for yourselves and guests to use the woodland for 2 hours to get married and hold a short drinks reception, which means lots of amazing photos taken at a truly amazing wedding venue.
You bring the guests, we’ll provide the drinks… no fuss or hassle, a simple easy option to celebrate your Wedding to each other in the beautiful Suffolk surroundings, beneath the dappled sunlight floating through the trees in a your own personal ceremony glade, complete with seating and lecture, we’ll even provide a Bluetooth sound system to use during the ceremony for the brides arrival music.
Selected dates and times are available from May-September for the upcoming year. Any drinks can be pre-order but the hire fee does not allow for the bar to be open during your time at the venue.
